IR Gathering 2016
The Committees
IR Gathering is one of the big events in the International Relations Study Program, President University which aims to welcome the new student of International Relations, and also handover night of the new Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson of the President University Major Association in International Relations (PUMA IR). Not only attended by students, but this event was also attended by several President University lecturers. Hence, this event is semi-formal yet attractive.

What is Smart Power?
Top 10 Video Competition - National Level!
On 2017, this video won 8th place in the Video Competition in Persatuan Sela Nasional Mahasiswa Huungan Internasional se-Indonesia (PSNMHII), a prestigious event in International Relations students in Indonesia organized by Forum Komunikasi Mahasiswa Hubungan Internasional se-Indonesia (FKMHII) located at University of Jenderal Achmad Yani, West Java, Indonesia.

Explain the basic concepts and theories in International Relations, namely Smart Power which produced in a lightweight, attractive, and easy to understand way.
​
Supported by amazing talent and an extraordinary team, this video can be completed in one week. Starting from concepts, research, talent selection, location selection, shooting, and editing.

In this project, Tira in charge as Camera Person and Editor.

AIESEC in President University
Internal activities carried out annually by AIESEC at President University are arranged by Talent Management functions, where Tira in charge as Talent Acquisition Manager of Talent Management for close to 3 years from 2017-2019. But, in creative activities, Tira always entrusted to be the Head of the program and Multimedia, design, and documentation division.
Firstly, this video below is a video introduction to the Coronation 2017 committee with Disney theme. A coronation is an annual event by AIESEC in President University where the main points of this event are to give Reward and Recognition for amazing members, Handover Night, and Reunions presented by several AIESEC alumni in President University and AIESEC Indonesia
Secondly, the video below shows after the video movie from Coronation 2017, which aims as an appreciation video from the committees to all participants who come and involved in this event. Coronation 2017 will not succeed without valuable participants.
Local Conference AIESEC in President University
Local Conference is an internal event of AIESEC in other President University that aims to provide knowledge and training for new AIESEC members and also as an activity to get to know each other. Although this activity is filled with a variety of knowledge to increase the knowledge of members, the facilitator can deliver the agenda with attractive, communicative, and innovative.

In this event, Tira in charge as Conference Committee Vice President of Program whose responsible to manage the entire agenda of activities and be responsible for the running of the event.
Journalism Division of President University Major Association in International Relations (PUMA IR)
One of the job descriptions that Tira did while becoming a member of the Journalism Division of PUMA IR was to make a Digital Poster or Design in 80% of events in the International Relations Study Program.
